The almighty AVOCADO.  An ancient Aztec, Mayan, and Inca beauty secret, and a nourishing powerhouse for your gorgeous skin.

This fleshy fruit is one of nature's great moisturizers, rich in vitamin A to help purge dead skin cells, vitamin E to protect from free radicals, and glutamine to retain moisture and keep skin supple.

The avo is best when perfectly ripe. It should yield to the touch and peel easily, with a bright green interior.
